The Court thank counsel for their assistance on this matter. We will take the matter under consideration, and we will let the parties have our considered views as soon as we are able to do so.
The Court will allow counsel for the Appellants two weeks to file and serve further submissions on the additional cases provided by counsel for the First Respondent. Counsel for the First Respondent is granted two weeks within which to file and serve submissions on the inherent jurisdiction point and, if necessary, counsel for the Appellants is granted one week within which to reply.
