Case #: 4 of 2026
Jeffery Marseille Vs. Commissioner of Police

With the consent of both parties, on the appeal against conviction for causing damage, the sentence of three years is dismissed. The conviction for possession of dangerous drugs is affirmed, but we vary the penalty to a period of three years to run concurrently with the causing damage conviction. In relation to the charge of possession of the proceeds of crime, in lieu of the sentence given by the court below, we will impose a sentence of three years to run concurrently with all of the other offences. We will provide written reasons at a later date. That is the order of the court.
