Case #: 162 of 2025
O'Brien Reckley Vs.Director of Public Prosecution

Having heard from counsel in this matter, we are satisfied that the grounds of appeal, save for the one relative to sentence, have no merit and those are dismissed for reasons to be delivered. With regard to sentence, we vary the sentence only to the extent that the remand time that is due to the appellant ought to be deducted from the sentence which was imposed by the trial judge, which was 17 months and 16 days. That is the order of the court, and we will give our reasons as soon as we are able to do so.
