The judgment of the court is reserved subject to the following: Ashley is to file and serve within seven days of today a supplemental affidavit limited to providing the court with an estimate of the costs likely to be thrown away on the taxation. Seven days following service of this further affidavit, Grampian has leave to file and serve an affidavit in response indicating what good and sufficient security it is in a position to provide with respect to these costs incurred by the taxation. That is the order of the court.
