Case #: 297 of 2016
Donzel Pratt And Finance Corporation of The Bahamas

This is a matter that is not properly constituted before us. In the circumstances, there is nothing for us to consider, nothing upon which we need to make a decision. Therefore, this purported application for extension of time is really a nullity. There is no such application before this court. The order of the court made on 23rd March, 2022, was that the $2,500 awarded at costs for the dismissal of the Notice of Motion filed on 28th January, 2022, were to be paid by 23rd September. That order still stands. As regards the application for costs for today, there is nothing before the court. There is really nothing for which we can award costs
