The court order is to be executed. The appellant did not pay. In default of the full payment the appellant is to serve three months at The Bahamas Department of Correctional Services and the time commences on the date that he is produced into custody. Inasmuch as Mr. Mitchel, counsel for the appellant, has signified the appellant has not paid, the appellant is to surrender himself into the custody of the police at Central Police Station by 4 o\'clock this afternoon. If the appellant fails to do so, a warrant of arrest will be issued for him. Now, if he wishes the authorities to find him at 3 o\'clock in the morning, he is free to not appear by 4 o\'clock this afternoon at Central Police Station for his transmission to BDOCs.
