For reasons which will be delivered in full at a later time, we vary the sentence in this matter to 4 months which we feel to be the maximum that could possibly be imposed in the circumstances of this case. We also make a note that this should be the conclusion of this matter and that there should be no further time that this appellant is required to spend in custody.
